WHERE THIS ROLE WILL SIT:
- Remote (EST)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Workday HCM functionality.
- Configure and maintain various Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and PICOF/PECI.
- Develop and support Workday reports including advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Manage Workday business processes including creation, updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Perform system configuration, data loads, and validation for Workday implementations or new functionality rollouts.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, providing resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute system enhancements and change requests.
- Support regular Workday release activities including testing and impact analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
- 3–5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in a techno-functional role.
- Experience with at least 2 of the following Workday tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Report Writer, XSLT.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
