Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs, and configure Workday solutions.

Manage Workday projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful deployments.

Act as a Workday super-user, providing training, documentation, and support to end-users.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs are met with optimal system functionality.

4+ years of Workday functional experience with deep knowledge across multiple modules.

Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and go-live support.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of driving adoption.

Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences to deliver user-focused solutions.
