- Primarily on-site / in-office presence required
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (on-prem focused)
- Provide operational support for Active Directory in a hybrid configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user and system issues related to: Windows Server, Active Directory / Azure AD, Group Policy, Intune (administration and troubleshooting, not platform ownership)
- Support and maintain infrastructure tools including: Password vault solutions, Patch management platforms, Print server management
- Perform hands-on testing, lab validation, and proof-of-concept work as needed
- Provide reliable operational customer service to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day IT operations
- Assist with documentation, system maintenance, and routine administrative tasks
- This role is primarily on-premise. Candidates must understand how hybrid Active Directory works, but will not be responsible for designing or managing Azure infrastructure.
- One of the following: Associate’s degree from a technical school, Bachelor’s degree in a computer-science-related field, OR high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Working knowledge of: Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory (including hybrid AD concepts), Azure AD and Intune administration (foundational level)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Experience supporting security and basic networking concepts
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Scripting experience is a plus (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Practical, systems-focused mindset (this is not an architect or engineer role)
