- Architect and implement the total rewards strategy that supports business growth, employee engagement, and talent retention in transformation.

- Manage and inspire high-performing teams in compensation and benefits; align programs with broader business and talent strategies
- Oversee salary structures, short- and long-term incentives, job architecture, and market benchmarking
- Lead annual cycles for merit increases, bonuses, and sales incentives; ensure data-driven, equitable decision-making
- Conduct pay equity analysis and maintain competitive, compliant compensation practices across the organization
- Design and optimize benefits programs that support employee well-being, including health, retirement, leave, and wellness offerings
- Manage U.S. and Canada retirement plans and fiduciary committees; ensure regulatory compliance and program harmonization across business units
- Partner with vendors, brokers, and consultants; lead vendor selection, performance reviews, and contract negotiations
- Oversee workers’ compensation programs, including claims, investigations, litigation strategies, and settlements
- Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits regulations; manage program governance across multiple jurisdictions
- Communicate total rewards programs effectively to employees; support employee engagement and Great Place to Work initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools to support compensation and benefits operations
- Influence equity, alignment, and competitiveness across roles and geographies.
- Fill critical blind spots in regional expertise, especially around compensation structures and economic dynamics in Latin America.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:- 15+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, including deep leadership in compensation and benefits across the U.S. and Latin America.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Latin American with regards to compensation around market dynamics, economic volatility, inflation, local compliance, and cultural context.
- Experience navigating matrixed environments, ideally in global manufacturing, logistics, or similarly complex sectors.
- Proven success managing and developing lean, high-performing teams and building scalable processes from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with incentive design, job architecture, salary structures, sales compensation, and pay equity analysis.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills; able to lead negotiations and manage fiduciary responsibilities for retirement plans.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, influencing across all levels, and operating as both a strategic leader and a tactical problem solver.
- Familiarity with global HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) and experience managing data gaps and integration efforts across systems.
