- Proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing teams, and implementing sales infrastructure in high-growth settings
- Strong expertise in national account management, distributor/channel sales models, and complex deal environments
- Experience leveraging CRM, ERP, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Power BI, etc.) to drive visibility and performance
- Strategic and operational leader, comfortable setting vision while remaining hands-on in execution
