THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • A rapidly growing B2B organization entering its next stage of expansion, with significant opportunity to build new capabilities, offerings, and areas of the business
  • An entrepreneurial, highly collaborative leadership team focused on translating an ambitious multi-year growth strategy into measurable execution
  • A complex, fast-moving environment where commercial performance, client delivery, technology, data, finance, and operations are closely connected
  • A high-expectation culture that values ownership, accountability, strong problem-solving, and leaders who are comfortable building rather than simply inheriting established processes

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
  • The opportunity to serve as a highly visible strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO, helping turn enterprise priorities into action across the business
  • Ownership of a critical portfolio of strategic initiatives that will directly influence the organization’s growth, scalability, and long-term value creation
  • Significant exposure to executive leadership with the ability to influence priorities, investments, operating discipline, and how the organization measures success
  • Meaningful long-term growth potential as the business continues to expand, with the opportunity for scope and responsibility to evolve based on individual strengths and performance

LOCATION
  • Remote within the U.S., with a strong preference for candidates operating in Eastern or Central time zones
  • Periodic travel required for leadership meetings, company initiatives, and strategic business needs, with the potential for additional travel depending on the scope of partnership with the CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate long-range business strategy into detailed execution plans, defining initiatives, workstreams, owners, milestones, KPIs, resources, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional initiatives, establishing the governance and operating cadence needed to keep work on track and surface risks or roadblocks early
  • Drive accountability across senior leaders and project owners, ensuring commitments are followed through and strategic priorities move effectively from planning through execution
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and performance frameworks that provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, business performance, investment needs, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner closely with the CEO as a trusted problem solver, helping assess business challenges, drive follow-through on key decisions, and ensure leadership attention remains focused on the highest-impact priorities
  • Strengthen processes, systems, and operating discipline as the organization scales while preserving the speed and flexibility of an entrepreneurial environment

BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Significant experience across strategy & operations, business operations, enterprise transformation, strategic program leadership, PMO, Chief of Staff, or a similarly broad operating leadership role
  • Proven ability to take high-level business strategy and translate it into structured, measurable execution across multiple functions and strategic initiatives
  • Strong experience overseeing cross-functional portfolios, managing dependencies and resources, and holding senior stakeholders accountable without relying solely on direct authority
  • Commercially and financially minded, with experience connecting strategic initiatives to KPIs, ROI, revenue impact, investment requirements, and broader business outcomes
  • Proven success within an entrepreneurial, small-to-mid-sized B2B organization, with experience building processes, operating structure, or new capabilities from the ground up; relevant backgrounds may include healthcare services, medical education, life sciences, technology, digital media, agency, or similarly complex B2B environments
