  • 90-year-old commercial finance organization with a strong reputation in factoring and asset-based lending.
  • Privately held, relationship-driven business with roughly 90 employees.
  • One of the leading organizations in the factor-based lending space.
  • Well-capitalized platform with significant internal capital strength.
  • Provides working capital, factoring, and asset-based lending solutions to middle-market businesses.
  • Strong Southeast client base across manufacturing, textiles, distribution, retail, furniture, core materials, and staffing.
  • Leadership team seeking a proven commercial finance professional to help lead the next chapter of growth in the Southeast market.

LOCATION

  • Remote opportunity with preference for the Southeast.
  • Ideal markets include Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charleston, or surrounding areas.
  • Role will support and grow an established Southeast client base.
  • Opportunity for overlap and transition support from a long-tenured retiring market leader.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Proven commercial finance, asset-based lending, factoring, secured lending, or specialty finance background.
  • Experience working with middle-market clients and business owners.
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, receivables, collateral, and working capital needs.
  • Business development mindset with a track record of generating new client relationships and growing revenue.
  • Background from a commercial bank, ABL group, factoring company, or specialty lending platform could translate well.
  • Southeast network strongly preferred, especially across the Carolinas and surrounding markets.
  • Best fit is someone who wants more autonomy, flexibility, and earning upside than a traditional banking environment may provide.
  • Comfortable joining a 90-person organization where people wear many hats and production matters.
  • Senior enough to ramp quickly with limited training.
  • Collaborative enough to learn from an established retiring leader during transition.
