THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Proven commercial finance, asset-based lending, factoring, secured lending, or specialty finance background.
- Experience working with middle-market clients and business owners.
- Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, receivables, collateral, and working capital needs.
- Business development mindset with a track record of generating new client relationships and growing revenue.
- Background from a commercial bank, ABL group, factoring company, or specialty lending platform could translate well.
- Southeast network strongly preferred, especially across the Carolinas and surrounding markets.
