THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:
  • A growing, national services organization with a distributed network of local markets and field-based teams
  • Enterprise learning is a strategic priority, with direct impact on performance, retention, technology adoption, service delivery, and M&A integration
  • You’ll own the company’s internal university and build the learning architecture, curriculum, and credentialing strategy behind it
  • This is a build role with significant visibility across Operations, People, Product, and senior leadership

LOCATION:
  • Plano, TX with in-office presence required
  • Periodic travel to field markets

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Own enterprise learning strategy, initially focused on field teams and market leadership
  • Lead the company’s internal university, including learning paths, curriculum, governance, and credentialing
  • Scale onboarding to improve speed-to-productivity and retention
  • Develop and deliver training during the build phase, then transition toward broader architecture and governance
  • Build learning into M&A integration and AI adoption, helping employees quickly adopt new systems, tools, and operating practices
  • Own the learning technology strategy, including the LMS, content tools, and AI-assisted development
  • Measure learning against business outcomes including turnover, ramp time, compliance, technology adoption, and execution consistency

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or field capability
  • Experience in a multi-unit or distributed service organization, such as property management, hospitality, franchise, or retail operations
  • Proven experience building learning architecture, onboarding programs, capability models, and role-based learning paths
  • Comfortable operating at both levels: advising senior leaders while also building and delivering training
  • Experience connecting L&D programs to measurable business outcomes
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and AI-assisted learning technology
