WHERE IT IS LOCATED
  • Remote flexibility for candidates based in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, or Illinois, with convenient access to a major airport
  • Approximately 25% travel to support internal teams, strategic partners, and key business initiatives
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own the insurance services P&L, growth strategy, operating model, and long-term roadmap while identifying opportunities to expand revenue and strengthen business performance
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of insurance professionals, establishing clear priorities, accountability, performance expectations, and scalable operating rhythms
  • Build a more disciplined insurance operation through stronger SOPs, renewal governance, compliance practices, quality controls, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Develop and manage strategic broker and carrier relationships, including partner strategy, market access, commercial agreements, and opportunities to expand placement volume
  • Partner across operations, finance, marketing, legal, accounting, data, and technology to strengthen lead generation, service delivery, revenue reporting, technology, and internal adoption of insurance services
  • Oversee insurance risk and claims-related processes, including licensing and regulatory requirements, coverage oversight, first-notice-of-loss workflows, and coordination with internal and external partners
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Significant progressive experience within commercial property and casualty insurance, with strong knowledge of brokers, carriers, policies, claims, regulatory requirements, and insurance operations
  • Active Property & Casualty Producer license, with the ability and willingness to maintain appropriate licensing across multiple jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated success leading an insurance operation, agency, brokerage function, program, or business line with accountability for P&L performance, revenue growth, and team leadership
  • Experience building or modernizing insurance operations through improved processes, SOPs, KPIs, quality controls, technology, reporting, compliance, and governance
  • Strong experience managing broker and carrier relationships, navigating commercial or specialty insurance markets, and balancing growth opportunities with client service and risk management
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial leader who can influence across a decentralized organization, drive adoption of new processes and services, and build effectively within an evolving business model
