A BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Proven experience recruiting licensed healthcare or behavioral health professionals in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong track record sourcing credentialed clinical talent requiring state-specific licensure or certification compliance.
- CPA required with progressive accounting experience, ideally including Controller or VP Controller roles within mid-sized organizations.
- Strong history of placing hands-on accounting leaders who actively manage close processes, journal entries, and ERP system integrity.
- Experience recruiting for lean finance teams where leadership responsibilities include both managing direct reports and executing day-to-day accounting work.
- Ability to identify candidates who have improved or rebuilt accounting processes, including chart of accounts cleanup, system optimization, and close acceleration.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP environments and the type of leaders who thrive in fast-moving, operationally focused accounting teams.
