The Background That Fits
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

- Strong FP&A and financial modeling expertise
- Experience leading small-to-mid-sized company finance functions with exposure to HR, insurance, and administrative oversight
- Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with executive leadership and financial institutions
- Analytical operator who can turn data into insight and influence executive decisions
