- Lead carrier and vendor governance across ISP, circuit, and mobility services supporting 450 locations.
- Drive consolidation and standardization efforts through an active RFQ process.
- Establish strategic partnerships that deliver measurable service reliability and cost efficiency.
Financial Ownership & Cost Optimization
- Manage telecom and mobility spend with full accountability for budget performance and cost savings.
- Enforce contractual obligations, SLAs, and billing accuracy across vendor portfolio.
- Deliver executive-level visibility into spend, risk, and vendor performance.
Execution & Operational Oversight
- Oversee enterprise circuit transitions and standardization initiatives in partnership with project leadership.
- Ensure disciplined coordination of vendor resources during large-scale rollouts.
- Support implementation of a mobile expense management solution overseeing 700+ devices.
Governance & Accountability
- Implement scalable vendor performance frameworks aligned to business growth.
- Build structure and financial discipline within a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading telecom vendor management or enterprise network services governance.
- Proven success managing multi-site connectivity environments at scale.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, RFQ/RFP processes, and vendor consolidation initiatives.
- Demonstrated financial acumen managing telecom budgets or operating cost centers.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to drive accountability across partners.
- Experience within retail, franchise, or distributed field operations environments.
- Background implementing Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or mobility governance programs.
- Experience operating in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
