- Work directly alongside experienced Distribution Designers and construction teams
- Exposure to both overhead and underground electric distribution projects
- Opportunity to build experience within utility work management, project coordination, and design support
- Highly collaborative role with visibility across multiple groups involved in executing utility projects
- Support Distribution Designers with the preparation and management of electric utility work orders
- Enter and update projects within the work management system using Designer field notes, templates, sketches, and other project documentation
- Apply established design standards to lower-complexity corrective maintenance, follow-up, and routine program work
- Assist with work-order preparation for overhead and underground revenue projects, maintenance work, and larger utility projects
- Translate Designer sketches and field notes into appropriate construction-print documentation within the work management system
- Complete straightforward work orders that do not require a field visit or additional Designer guidance, including temporary service requests
- Review and verify work-order dependencies and required information before projects are released for construction
- Maintain accurate project statuses, comments, customer information, and documentation within the work management system
- Contact customers to confirm project details, scheduling, site readiness, and other project requirements
- Coordinate items such as right-of-way, outages, scheduling and rescheduling, CIAC, invoices, and site delivery
