WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- On-site position in Charlotte, NC.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the U.S. business across areas such as sales, customer support, shipping, service coordination, office administration, and select business support functions.
- Manage and support a small on-site team, helping drive accountability, workflow execution, and strong communication across the branch.
- Serve as a key liaison between the U.S. operation and international leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, processes, and business needs.
- Partner with commercial and service teams to resolve customer issues, support order execution, and maintain a high level of responsiveness in the market.
- Oversee operational processes tied to inventory, purchasing, reporting, budgeting support, and general office/facility needs.
- Step in where needed to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep the business running efficiently in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- Proven leadership experience within a highly technical manufacturing or engineering-driven environment, with exposure to complex products, precision processes, or specialized industrial applications; an engineering background is strongly preferred
- Ability to lead across multiple business functions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a smaller company setting.
- Strong business and technical aptitude, with the ability to understand specialized products, customer requirements, and operational workflows.
- Experience working in a lean organization where leaders are expected to make sound decisions, solve problems quickly, and operate with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across local teams, customers, and international leadership.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems, along with the judgment and detail orientation needed to manage a broad operational scope.
