WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Leads and coaches a team focused on inclusion and engagement, supporting their professional development.
- Designs, delivers, and evaluates leadership and development programs with a focus on continuous improvement and future growth.
- Collaborates across departments to align training content, marketing strategies, and program messaging.
- Develops and facilitates key training initiatives (e.g., onboarding, new leader orientation, bias training) using diverse instructional methods.
- Drives content innovation and curriculum design aligned with organizational values, talent assessments, and strategic objectives.
- Collects and analyzes feedback to enhance program effectiveness and support safety, compliance, and cultural goals.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Training or related field, or advanced degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in Leadership and Development training to include: instructional design, curriculum development and instruction/facilitation
- At least 2 years of previous supervisory/managerial experience
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Experience with Learning Management System(LMS) software
- Ability to speak/read/write in English
- Proficient in using on-line learning authoring software such as Adobe Presenter, Articulate, Captivate or other preferred
