THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
- You will be joining AccruePartners’ Project Solutions practice, partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth organization operating across a portfolio of acquired mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure services businesses.
- Our Project Solutions practice supports clients across four core pillars: Enterprise Program & PMO Leadership; Business & Technology Enablement; Process Optimization; and Operational Readiness & Change Adoption.
- In this engagement, you will work closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and transformation leaders supporting a large-scale initiative focused on driving greater process consistency, project execution discipline, and operational alignment across multiple operating companies.
- The organization has already invested heavily in systems, workflows, and process design and is now focused on improving adoption, reinforcement, and execution across the field. This role sits at the intersection of operational transformation, training deployment, and change adoption — helping teams understand not just the process itself, but how it improves project execution and business performance.
LOCATION
- Travel-based consulting engagement supporting operating companies across multiple regions, with rollout schedules coordinated around phased deployment cohorts.

While systems and process frameworks have already been introduced, long-term success depends heavily on practical field adoption, reinforcement, and operational execution.
- This consultant will support rollout deployment efforts across operating companies while helping teams adopt standardized project management processes, improve operational discipline, and strengthen day-to-day execution consistency. The role will help identify adoption gaps, reinforce best practices, and support operational leaders through a highly visible transformation initiative impacting multiple regions and business units.
- Success in this role will directly influence the organization’s ability to improve project visibility, accountability, execution consistency, and long-term operational scalability across its growing platform.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Experience supporting training deployment, operational rollout, process adoption, or change management initiatives within field-based or project-driven environments
- Background supporting construction, mechanical, electrical, infrastructure services, industrial services, facilities services, or similar operationally intensive businesses strongly preferred
- Experience operating within PE-backed, acquisition-heavy, multi-site, or roll-up organizations highly valued
- Strong ability to build credibility with field operations teams and local leadership while driving process adoption in a practical, collaborative manner
- Experience partnering with operational stakeholders, systems SMEs, and transformation leaders within evolving operational environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain operational process changes and drive practical adoption across diverse user groups
- Comfortable supporting phased rollout initiatives and travel-based deployment efforts across multiple operating companies
