Why This Role Is Important
  • Play a key role in administering employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and leave programs
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees by answering benefits questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Partner with third-party vendors to support enrollments, eligibility, billing, and employee benefit administration
  • Assist with HRIS data integrity, reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives
  • Support annual open enrollment and ongoing Total Rewards projects that directly impact the employee experience
  • Help ensure employees receive accurate, timely, and high-quality benefits support
 
Background That Fits
  • 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or HR administration
  • Experience supporting employee benefits, leave administration, or HRIS processes
  • Comfortable working with Excel and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Experience working with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources and Total Rewards
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee interaction
