Why This Role Is Important
- Play a key role in administering employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and leave programs
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees by answering benefits questions and providing exceptional customer service
- Partner with third-party vendors to support enrollments, eligibility, billing, and employee benefit administration
- Assist with HRIS data integrity, reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Support annual open enrollment and ongoing Total Rewards projects that directly impact the employee experience
- Help ensure employees receive accurate, timely, and high-quality benefits support
Background That Fits
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or HR administration
- Experience supporting employee benefits, leave administration, or HRIS processes
- Comfortable working with Excel and maintaining accurate employee data
- Experience working with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Looking to build a long-term career within Human Resources and Total Rewards
