- Enterprise Telecommunications Leadership
- Own the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of all internet, telephony, and mobile services across 450 locations
- Serve as the executive escalation point for connectivity performance and vendor service issues
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational continuity across all sites
Strategic Vendor & Contract Management
- Lead strategic relationships with ISPs, telephony providers, and mobile carriers
- Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and consolidation efforts to optimize cost and service delivery
- Establish governance structures to ensure vendor accountability and billing accuracy
- Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage telecommunications budgets, forecasting, and expense optimization strategies
- Provide executive visibility into network performance, cost drivers, and risk exposure
- Align network services with business growth initiatives, including new site openings and operational changes
Modernization & Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Support enterprise network modernization efforts including SD-WAN, LTE redundancy, and service consolidation
- Establish standardized processes for tracking performance, resolving issues, and improving vendor quality
- 5+ years of telecommunications or infrastructure operations leadership experience
- Proven success managing ISP, telephony, and mobile vendors at enterprise scale
- Strong experience negotiating contracts and enforcing SLAs
- Experience supporting highly distributed, multi-location environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver cost control initiatives
- Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership skills

- Experience in multi-site retail, franchise, or field services environments
- Prior experience leading telecom consolidation or TEM initiatives
