LOCATION

  • Based in the Concord / Cabarrus County market, with a focus on recruiting local talent across the surrounding manufacturing and industrial workforce

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

  • The opportunity to own recruiting efforts for a high-priority business unit with approximately 15 to 17 active openings

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Prior recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or specialty operations environments
  • Strong direct sourcing ability, not just posting jobs and managing inbound applicants
  • Comfort recruiting for roles tied to production, quality, welding, shipping, receiving, safety, or similar hands-on environments
  • Familiarity with the Concord / Cabarrus County labor market, including local talent pools, competitors, and compensation dynamics
  • Agency or headhunting experience is highly valued, especially someone who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable creating pipeline from scratch
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to partner with hiring managers, shadow departments, learn the business, and move quickly without heavy direction
