THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Prior recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or specialty operations environments
- Strong direct sourcing ability, not just posting jobs and managing inbound applicants
- Comfort recruiting for roles tied to production, quality, welding, shipping, receiving, safety, or similar hands-on environments
- Familiarity with the Concord / Cabarrus County labor market, including local talent pools, competitors, and compensation dynamics
- Agency or headhunting experience is highly valued, especially someone who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable creating pipeline from scratch
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to partner with hiring managers, shadow departments, learn the business, and move quickly without heavy direction
