  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment partnering with Sales, Key Accounts, and international technical teams

LOCATION

  • Charlotte, NC, onsite 4 days per week, relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates

  • Serve as the bridge between technical innovation, commercial strategy, and customer success
  • Lead new product development initiatives and industry partnerships to expand market presence
  • Support key accounts by delivering technical expertise in color science, dyeing processes, and workflow optimization
  • Influence global pricing strategies, profitability targets, and long-term growth initiatives

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 5+ years of experience within the textile, dye, chemical, or color management industry
  • Strong expertise in color science, color formulation, and color measurement technologies
  • Experience implementing color management systems within retail or manufacturing supply chains
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and external partners
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
