THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 5+ years of experience within the textile, dye, chemical, or color management industry
- Strong expertise in color science, color formulation, and color measurement technologies
- Experience implementing color management systems within retail or manufacturing supply chains
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and external partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
