- Join AccruePartners Project Solutions supporting a Confidential Client launching a new, client-facing analytics portal as part of a broader digital and data modernization initiative.
- As an AccruePartners consultant, you’ll be supported by a delivery-focused team that prioritizes clear scope, strong client alignment, and execution discipline. This engagement offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible, foundational analytics initiative without the overhead and bureaucracy of large consulting firms.
- This engagement sits within a growing enterprise data and analytics function where reporting, data architecture, and client-facing insights are strategic priorities.
- You’ll work closely with experienced internal team members who are highly collaborative and open to consultant input on best practices, design approach, and technical execution.
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- The client is launching its first industry-facing portal and requires additional Tableau development capacity to ensure successful delivery.
- This role directly supports a strategic initiative with external client visibility, making report quality, usability, and performance critical.
- The existing internal Tableau developer is currently overextended due to parallel initiatives, including a broader migration of reporting from legacy platforms into Tableau.
- Leadership has already defined reporting requirements and metrics, allowing this role to focus on execution, delivery, and technical quality rather than requirements discovery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and develop client-facing Tableau reports and dashboards for embedding within a new analytics portal
- Build high-quality visualizations that emphasize usability, clarity, and meaningful insight (not cluttered or overly complex dashboards)
- Work with structured analytics requirements and translate them into polished, production-ready reports
- Leverage Snowflake as the primary reporting data source
- Develop reports that integrate data originating from Salesforce (including Health Cloud where applicable)
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics and project leadership to prioritize work and manage delivery expectations
- Partner with internal team members who provide strong institutional knowledge of the data model and environment
- Support migration of reporting workloads into Tableau as legacy tools are phased out
- Participate in a lightweight interview process (single 30–45 minute conversation) and be prepared to walk through prior work samples or demonstrate approach if NDA restrictions apply
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 4+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including building polished, client-facing dashboards
- Experience developing reports designed for external consumption (portals, client deliverables, executive reporting, etc.)
- Salesforce experience (required)
- Snowflake experience (strongly preferred due to data architecture)
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and report usability
- Comfort working in modern analytics environments and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
- Healthcare or Health Cloud experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, or modern ELT tooling is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to step in quickly, execute independently, and deliver production-quality work in a short-term engagement
