Why This Role Is Important
  • Support the performance of vendor-led supply chain operations, ensuring visibility and accountability across key functions
  • Analyze and improve replenishment, forecasting, and inventory performance through data-driven insights
  • Provide critical reporting on product loss, shrink, and spoilage, identifying opportunities for cost reduction
  • Contribute to assortment and distribution strategy decisions through analytics and business insights
  • Help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities as the supply chain function evolves
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term capability building
 
The Background That Fits
  • 2–3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics roles, ideally within retail, CPG, or distribution
  • Exposure to replenishment, demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools
  • Ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner cross-functionally and with external vendors
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and build processes from the ground up
