LOCATION:
  • Onsite in Charlotte, NC.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead long-range aircraft maintenance strategy across Annual, 5-Year, and 10-Year planning horizons to optimize cost, capacity, and fleet utilization.

  • Build and refine predictive models to define and optimize the Heavy, Intermediate, and Line Maintenance footprint.

  • Develop 24-month rolling material forecasts to smooth demand and improve inventory planning.

  • Conduct detailed airframe performance analysis, leading weekly and periodic reviews to assess fleet, labor, facility, and program trends.

  • Optimize maintenance visit scenario modeling to reduce downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Network Planning, Finance, and Production to align maintenance allocation and execution strategy.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 2+ years of Aviation Maintenance Planning experience, including Line Maintenance and Maintenance Operations Planning.

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft inspection programs and maintenance requirements.

  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and inventory planning methodologies.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, large data set analysis).

  • Ability to analyze historical data and apply predictive modeling to long-range planning initiatives.

  • A&P certification, long-range planning methodology experience, or military aviation maintenance background is a strong plus.
