LOCATION:

Lead long-range aircraft maintenance strategy across Annual, 5-Year, and 10-Year planning horizons to optimize cost, capacity, and fleet utilization.

Build and refine predictive models to define and optimize the Heavy, Intermediate, and Line Maintenance footprint.

Develop 24-month rolling material forecasts to smooth demand and improve inventory planning.

Conduct detailed airframe performance analysis, leading weekly and periodic reviews to assess fleet, labor, facility, and program trends.

Optimize maintenance visit scenario modeling to reduce downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Partner cross-functionally with Tech Ops, Supply Chain, Network Planning, Finance, and Production to align maintenance allocation and execution strategy.

2+ years of Aviation Maintenance Planning experience, including Line Maintenance and Maintenance Operations Planning.

Strong knowledge of aircraft inspection programs and maintenance requirements.

Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and inventory planning methodologies.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, large data set analysis).

Ability to analyze historical data and apply predictive modeling to long-range planning initiatives.

A&P certification, long-range planning methodology experience, or military aviation maintenance background is a strong plus.
