- Analyze financial statement information to identify book vs. tax adjustments
- Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
- Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Company’s federal income tax return.
- Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
- Prepare quarterly taxable income calculations for purposes of making estimated tax deposits.
- Review international tax packages prepared by the Company’s local country controllers.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
- Assist with income tax audits.
- Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
- Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
- Research tax issues and draft memorandum.
- The position requires someone with a solid foundation in U.S. corporate and partnership federal income tax issues and concepts.
- 3-4 years of public accounting or large company in-house corporate tax experience
- Ability to juggle concurrent projects and smoothly move from project to project with little advance notice.
- Desire to work in a flexible team-based environment.
- Willing to get involved in ad-hoc planning projects.
