Analyze and document business processes and ETRM/PowerOptix workflows; configure inputs, formulas, and automations.

Integrate PowerOptix with third-party systems (MV-90, PI, Yes Energy, Power BI, NetSuite) using RESTful APIs and SQL.

Support data visualization, forecasting, reporting, and ISO market rule impact assessments.

Drive data governance, quality assurance, and maintain system documentation (data dictionaries, configuration records).

Manage IT change processes in ServiceNow: submit/track changes, prepare CAB materials, generate compliance dashboards.

Troubleshoot system issues with vendors/internal teams and mentor junior analysts on best practices.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years business/data analysis; 2+ years in energy markets or ISO-related work.

Hands-on with Hartigen PowerOptix or similar ETRM/automation platforms; strong RESTful API and workflow integration skills.

Proficient in SQL and data analysis; strong communication/documentation skills.

Preferred: Experience with OATI, PCI, Hitachi, Molecule; familiarity with ERCOT, SPP, PJM, MISO, CAISO; Power BI/Alteryx; ServiceNow and ITIL change management.
