  • A publicly traded, high-growth enterprise preparing for its next phase of scale and infrastructure maturity

  • A corporate accounting team reporting to a Sr. Operational Accounting Manager within a structured, multi-layered finance organization

  • A department expanding capacity in advance of increased public reporting demands and Fortune 500-level visibility

  • A team that includes two Accounting Managers, a recently hired Senior Accountant, and a Staff Accountant

  • An organization investing heavily in finance systems and technology to drive accuracy and efficiency

LOCATION

  • Charlotte-based corporate environment, hybrid structure

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

  • Owns key components of the monthly close process, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

  • Plays a central role in scaling accounting processes alongside organizational growth

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience within a larger enterprise environment

  • Well-rounded general ledger exposure, not niche-focused

  • SOX exposure preferred, not required

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Experience working in a robust ERP environment

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready for a near-term leadership runway
