• Supports day to day senior accounting functions that are essential for accurate and timely reporting
• Owns key close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and project cost tracking
• Ensures accuracy across time, attendance, project billing, and cost allocations
• Acts as a stabilizing force for the team after a sudden departure and helps maintain continuity
• Partners closely with project managers and operations to ensure financial data integrity
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
• Three to five years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in project based environments such as construction, field services, professional services, facilities, engineering, or similar
• Strong understanding of time and attendance driven accounting workflows
• ERP experience helpful, Acumatica exposure is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working fully onsite and starting immediately
• A detail oriented, dependable, and collaborative professional with strong communication skills
