- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, collaborating across business functions to ensure accurate reporting.
- Partner with FP&A and other accounting teams to support monthly financial reviews, close processes, and subledger-to-ledger alignment.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts within the accounting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are followed, supporting annual financial audits and strategic business initiatives with sound financial guidance.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate, industry, or public accounting roles.
- Required knowledge of GAAP - knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 350 would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
