Responsibilities:
- Own candidate sourcing for multiple searches—building targeted pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and manage follow-up to drive response and engagement
- Complete candidate intake calls and screening conversations, capturing motivations, compensation context, and key experience highlights
- Maintain accurate, organized candidate activity and notes in the ATS/CRM; track outreach metrics and pipeline progress by search
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience—timely communication, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout the process
Background That Fits:
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience (agency, search firm, or corporate talent acquisition), with a strong emphasis on sourcing
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent, build pipelines quickly, and manage multiple searches at once
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and polished in written outreach and live conversations
- High professional acumen and judgment; comfortable representing executives/clients and handling sensitive, confidential information
- Able to work onsite 4 days per week in SouthPark and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-aware search environment
