WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Serve as a jack-of-all-trades developer, working on web applications, databases, and system enhancements.
  • Assist with bug fixes, new feature development, and ongoing business changes to support evolving client needs.
  • Work within the Microsoft tech stack (C#, SQL, HTML) to troubleshoot and develop solutions.
  • Support post-implementation efforts and help resolve challenges related to deployments.
  • Use tools to track support tickets and manage development environments.
  • Engage with clients (primarily state agencies) and internal teams to understand requirements and drive solutions.
  • Figure out what needs to be done—this role requires someone who can learn on the go and adapt quickly.
 
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3-5 years of development experience with a strong foundation in C#, SQL, and web technologies.
  • A self-motivated and independent mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems across different parts of the tech stack.
  • Comfort working with clients, understanding their needs, and making necessary technical adjustments.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of different aspects of development.
