Location:
On-site around the Uptown Charlotte area

  • Play a key role in elevating and executing the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy
  • Act as the connector between internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
  • Support revenue growth by driving targeted campaigns, sales initiatives, and customer engagement efforts
  • Bring structure and visibility to marketing performance through analytics, competitive intelligence, and reporting
  • Own coordination and execution of trade shows and events, critical channels for brand presence and lead generation
  • Ensure marketing operations run efficiently, from content delivery to inventory management across multiple locations

The background that fits
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Proven ability to manage social media strategy, content creation, and performance tracking across platforms
  • Experience working with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social scheduling platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Comfortable leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who takes ownership and follows through
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent and translate a brand effectively across audiences
