  • First-ever hire to build the company’s social media and content function from the ground up.
  • Reports directly to marketing leadership with visibility to the CEO and executive team.
  • Shapes the brand voice to be fun, entertaining, and trend-driven—breaking away from the traditional image of the car wash industry.
  • Creates engaging, short-form video and content to drive customer connection across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plays a key role in showcasing upcoming site relaunches and expansion across the Southeast and Colorado.
  • Helps set the foundation for future marketing team growth and brand evolution.

The Background That Fits
  • Strong portfolio of creative social media content that demonstrates ability to engage and entertain audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
  • Skilled in video editing and content creation with tools like Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Ability to spot social trends and translate them into brand-relevant campaigns, similar to companies like Duolingo.
  • Comfortable traveling (~20%) to capture on-site content and tell authentic brand stories.
  • Creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset—ready to launch and own a new function in a contract-to-hire role.
