LOCATION

  • Hybrid opportunity
  • Based in Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the functional lead for Workday Core HCM and Compensation
  • Administer and optimize Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities
  • Manage Workday security architecture, audit reporting, and governance activities
  • Lead data conversion efforts, including support for acquisitions and organizational changes
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
  • Provide leadership across Workday workstreams while operating with minimal supervision

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY

  • 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Core HCM and Compensation
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Security administration and governance
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Administration, Calculated Fields, and Reporting
  • Experience leading data conversion and migration initiatives, including M&A integrations
  • Background supporting audit, compliance, and security reporting requirements
  • Proven experience managing Workday releases and governance processes
  • Ability to independently lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Workday certifications are a plus
