- Based in Charlotte, NC
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as the functional lead for Workday Core HCM and Compensation
- Administer and optimize Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities
- Manage Workday security architecture, audit reporting, and governance activities
- Lead data conversion efforts, including support for acquisitions and organizational changes
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Provide leadership across Workday workstreams while operating with minimal supervision
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
- 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Core HCM and Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workday Security administration and governance
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Administration, Calculated Fields, and Reporting
- Experience leading data conversion and migration initiatives, including M&A integrations
- Background supporting audit, compliance, and security reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing Workday releases and governance processes
- Ability to independently lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Workday certifications are a plus
