- The technology landscape spans on-premise infrastructure, AWS/Azure cloud environments, and vendor-hosted platforms. This team supports mission-critical operational systems, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Compliance.

- End-to-end ownership across implementation, enhancement, and support
- Exposure to enterprise OT + IT environments (SCADA, EMS, data platforms)
- Cross-functional collaboration with executive and field stakeholders
- Long-term growth within a scaling renewable energy platform
- Uptown, Charlotte (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
- Periodic 24x7 on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support during implementations
- Lead projects and enhancements across Generation Operational Systems (PI, SCADA, EMS, GIS, metering platforms, safety/compliance systems)
- Facilitate requirements sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Define infrastructure requirements across Production, QA, and Test (Cloud, Physical, SaaS)
- Support integrations, UAT, deployments, and post-production stabilization
- Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain strong documentation and support end-user training
- Experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and system integration
- Ability to bridge technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting generation operational systems (SCADA, EMS, PI, GIS, etc.)
- Renewable generation exposure (solar, wind, battery storage)
- Experience in regulated environments (NERC CIP, SOX)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Jira/MS Project
