- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as the Senior Project Manager, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the implementation partner (Navigator), internal stakeholders, and business unit leaders
- Drive project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines to align with organizational goals and manufacturing operations
- Oversee the cross-functional execution of key SAP workstreams including production planning, bill of materials, revenue recognition, labor tracking, and finance integration
- Ensure strong governance and change management throughout the implementation lifecycle, including oversight of user testing, training, and adoption strategies
- Facilitate data migration activities, including validation, conversion, and quality assurance to ensure a clean and accurate transition
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences to translate business requirements into actionable project milestones
- Identify potential risks and blockers early, collaborating with internal leaders and third-party consultants to implement proactive solutions
- Promote alignment between IT strategy and business process design, ensuring SAP capabilities are leveraged effectively
- Lead post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives, establishing KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and ROI
- 5+ years of experience leading ERP or SAP-related projects, with proven success in managing enterprise-level system implementations
- Strong background in project management, including scoping, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
- Experience working in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain environments with complex, integrated business processes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred) and its functional capabilities across finance, operations, and production
- Demonstrated ability to manage third-party implementation partners while aligning internal cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to drive accountability and clarity across matrixed teams
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field
