- This is a high-visibility leadership role driving a large-scale financial systems transformation through a modern ERP implementation.
- You will lead a multi-year initiative, aligning business and technology stakeholders to deliver a scalable, future-ready platform.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise program delivery (roadmap, milestones, execution)
- Align senior stakeholders across finance, technology, and corporate functions
- Manage external partners and system integrators
- Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting
- Drive change management and user adoption
- Optimize core financial processes and systems
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and deployment
- Transition into future enterprise transformation initiatives
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, including 5+ years leading large-scale ERP implementations
- Workday, Oracle Fusion, or SAP S/4hana preferred.
- Experience delivering large-scale system implementations
- Background managing external partners and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of financial operations and systems
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and executive communication
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and adoption
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and full lifecycle implementations
- Based in or open to relocating to Charlotte, NC (on-site)
