WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • This is a high-visibility leadership role driving a large-scale financial systems transformation through a modern ERP implementation.
  • You will lead a multi-year initiative, aligning business and technology stakeholders to deliver a scalable, future-ready platform.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise program delivery (roadmap, milestones, execution)
  • Align senior stakeholders across finance, technology, and corporate functions
  • Manage external partners and system integrators
  • Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Drive change management and user adoption
  • Optimize core financial processes and systems
  • Oversee data migration, integrations, and deployment
  • Transition into future enterprise transformation initiatives
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, including 5+ years leading large-scale ERP implementations 
    • Workday, Oracle Fusion, or SAP S/4hana preferred.
  • Experience delivering large-scale system implementations
  • Background managing external partners and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and systems
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, and executive communication
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and adoption
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and full lifecycle implementations
  • Based in or open to relocating to Charlotte, NC (on-site)
