Location:
  • Primarily remote within EST/CST (preference for Charlotte, NC)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of integrated marketing programs that translate brand strategy and goals into clear plans, KPIs, and guidance for supporting teams.
  • Continuously review performance data (web, paid/owned/earned channels, sales, traffic) plus market and competitor insights to identify store-level needs and opportunities.
  • Serve as liaison to OEMs and agencies, sharing timely updates on messaging, launches, events, and ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.
  • Deeply understand target audiences and local market dynamics to shape segmentation, community partnerships, sponsorships, and event-based marketing.
  • Own brand-level budgets, including co-op and local activation funds, while overseeing dealership website accuracy and competitiveness and supporting annual planning.
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including planning and executing multi-channel programs and managing budgets
  • Automotive retail industry experience is required, with familiarity with dealership operations and OEM programs
  • Proven ability to assess marketing performance, identify differentiators, and translate insights into action
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4, plus comfort with project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and own results
