WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Develop and manage measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing initiatives, defining key performance indicators and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing spend and performance, providing insights that guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Generate strategic recommendations through exploratory data analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Design clear, actionable data visualizations and dashboards to give stakeholders easy access to critical marketing performance metrics.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to accurately assess the incremental impact of marketing activities and communicate findings in a way that informs business strategy.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Proficiency in SQL is required, with at least 2 years of experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Skilled in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Looker to translate complex findings into accessible insights.
  • Solid understanding of core marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROI) and how they drive business decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or causal inference methods, to measure and attribute marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
