- Develop and manage measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing initiatives, defining key performance indicators and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing spend and performance, providing insights that guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
- Generate strategic recommendations through exploratory data analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Proficiency in SQL is required, with at least 2 years of experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Skilled in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Looker to translate complex findings into accessible insights.
- Solid understanding of core marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROI) and how they drive business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or causal inference methods, to measure and attribute marketing effectiveness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
