WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee agreements and related processes tied to a large portfolio of sites across the U.S.
- Manage site-related contracts, renewals, and external partner relationships connected to the company’s physical footprint.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess needs, align on priorities, and move agreements forward.
- Review and improve current workflows, tools, and documentation tied to agreements and site support.
- Help bring greater consistency and structure to the function, including opportunities to redesign and standardize processes.
- Track and interpret key contract, vendor, and cost-related information to support stronger visibility and decision-making.
- Assist with future location activity and broader business changes tied to growth and footprint planning.
- Communicate updates, recommendations, and priorities clearly to senior stakeholders.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 5-7+ years of experience in a role involving property agreements, facilities support, and vendor management
- Background working within a corporate environment managing contracts, external partners, and process-driven responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work independently, stay self-directed, and take ownership without requiring significant day-to-day oversight.
- Strength in process improvement, creating structure, and operating effectively in an evolving environment.
- Experience working with contract management platforms and financial or enterprise systems; exposure to large ERP tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools that support analysis and process improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill information clearly for leadership audiences.
