- The organization is seeking an experienced AP leader to oversee a high-volume accounts payable function while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency
- This role will play a critical part in maintaining timely invoice processing, payment accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships
- The Senior Manager will help identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and establish KPIs to enhance team performance and scalability

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with at least 3 years of leadership or management responsibility
- Strong experience managing high-volume AP operations with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and operational controls
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing AP teams in fast-paced business environments
Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP best practices, reconciliations, and month-end close support - Experience with NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
