- Contract-to-hire opportunity with an anticipated conversion to full-time employment after approximately six months.
WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
- Opportunity to lead a highly visible Oracle SCM transformation with enterprise-wide impact.
- Ownership of a program touching critical Supply Chain functions including inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, product movement, and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Join the organization at a time of significant investment in technology and continued expansion of the IT PMO.
- True end-to-end project ownership rather than managing only one phase or workstream of a larger implementation.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Oracle SCM is being implemented across all eight business units and will support critical processes including inventory, procurement, movement of products between warehouses, and integrations with Oracle Field Service and other enterprise applications.
- You will provide the senior project leadership necessary to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a complex, cross-functional transformation.
- Own the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and planning through design, testing, implementation, and successful delivery.
- Bring business and technical stakeholders together to define requirements, establish deliverables, build project roadmaps, and create realistic timelines.
- Establish discipline around BRDs, high-level and technical designs, project plans, systems integration testing, UAT, and formal stakeholder sign-offs.
- Manage competing priorities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors while identifying risks and escalating issues before they impact delivery.
- Operate as a visible face of IT with the confidence to facilitate executive-level conversations and drive decisions when alignment is needed.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable taking an ambiguous initiative, putting an initial structure around it, and continuously refining the roadmap as the project evolves.
