What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated global financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Build Board-level financial reporting packages, including income statement, cash flow, working capital, and cash bridge analysis
  • Partner with regional accounting teams, FP&A, tax, and auditors to ensure accurate consolidation, reporting, and external compliance
  • Lead technical accounting execution and research (revenue recognition, leases, complex transactions) and document conclusions
  • Drive process improvements across financial reporting, close, and Workday Adaptive Planning to increase efficiency and transparency
Background That Fits:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidated reporting, and external financial statements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/reporting systems (Workday Adaptive, Infor, Epicor preferred)
  • Experience supporting audits, disclosures, and internal controls in a multi-entity environment
  • CPA preferred; public accounting and distribution/manufacturing experience a plus
