- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated global financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Build Board-level financial reporting packages, including income statement, cash flow, working capital, and cash bridge analysis
- Partner with regional accounting teams, FP&A, tax, and auditors to ensure accurate consolidation, reporting, and external compliance
- Lead technical accounting execution and research (revenue recognition, leases, complex transactions) and document conclusions
- Drive process improvements across financial reporting, close, and Workday Adaptive Planning to increase efficiency and transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidated reporting, and external financial statements
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/reporting systems (Workday Adaptive, Infor, Epicor preferred)
- Experience supporting audits, disclosures, and internal controls in a multi-entity environment
- CPA preferred; public accounting and distribution/manufacturing experience a plus
