Coordinates the full budgeting cycle and long-term financial projections in alignment with organizational strategy

Delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends

Collaborates with business leaders to support planning and provide financial insights that drive operational improvements

Investigates variances in financial performance and recommends corrective actions

Supports internal reporting system enhancements and improvements in analytics and key metrics

Contributes to strategic planning and investment decisions while ensuring compliance with government regulations

Bachelor's degree in Finance required; MBA preferred
-
5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based environment

Experience with government contract accounting is required
-
High proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with D365 and COGNOS is a strong plus
-
Strong foundation in cost and financial accounting principles and internal control systems

Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent communication and reporting skills; ability to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders

Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
