WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage large-scale email and SMS campaigns
- Design and implement audience segmentation strategies to optimize customer communications
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Actively troubleshoot and optimize marketing technology platforms to improve performance and scalability
- Identify root causes of marketing challenges and develop strategic solutions
- Build and strengthen team culture while supporting professional development of direct reports
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 7+ years of CRM/email marketing experience with hands-on execution and strategy development within B2C industries (regulated industry experience highly preferred)
- Proven technical proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, SFMC, or similar
- Demonstrated expertise in email marketing campaign development, including audience segmentation and execution at scale
- Strong leadership skills with ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose issues, automate workflows, and optimize performance using data insights.
- Background in B2C marketing environments
