Senior Device Manager / Intune Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the migration of 2,500 Windows devices from SCCM to a hybrid Intune-SCCM environment

• Utilize the Quest Migration Tool to streamline office-based device transitions

• Design and implement zero-touch deployment strategies using Autopilot and Intune

• Ensure critical legacy applications (e.g., Bazooka) remain functional through proper authentication and compatibility setups

• Mentor and support junior engineers; develop training and technical documentation

• Partner with Microsoft and key vendors to troubleshoot, refine, and implement best practices

• Continuously improve Intune policies and configurations for enhanced security and performance

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and Windows device management

• Deep expertise in hybrid Intune-SCCM management and co-management environments

• Proven track record with Autopilot, Azure AD integration, and GPO to MDM migrations

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration

• Experience with Quest Migration Tools preferred

• Comfortable managing large-scale, time-sensitive migrations with minimal disruption

• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MD-101, SC-300) are a plus

• Experience in executive-level IT support environments and delivering thorough documentation
