3–6 years of progressive accounting experience with strong accounting fundamentals and broad exposure.
CPA strongly preferred, with consideration for someone actively completing the CPA process.
Public accounting experience is highly attractive, particularly for someone ready to take that foundation and make an impact inside one organization.
A combination of public accounting and industry experience would be equally compelling.
Exposure to multiple clients, industries, or accounting environments with an understanding of what strong accounting processes look like.
