THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, operational accounting, account analysis, and financial statement support
- Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842 preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS required
- Experience in a multi-location, service-based, or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
