THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a strong academic foundation

  • 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience working within a true ERP environment, not QuickBooks-based

  • Background in a mid-to-large enterprise organization preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail and desire to grow within a structured corporate accounting function
