What You Will Do
- Prepare and review complex accounting transactions and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and decision-making
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Provide insights and analysis to support management in strategic planning
The Background that Fits
- 2–4 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred, but strong industry candidates will also be considered
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Solid technical accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to change
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
